Help Us Help Others

Since starting Tattoo Art Therapy, as "Sacred Transformations" in 2003, and currently, no one in the organization has taken a single paycheck or dollar for the work we do to help hundreds of people we have given services to. We have operated solely on interns and volunteers generously giving their time. Even our partner tattoo artists and the technicians at Bare Tattoo & Hair Removal have given their time, supplies, and space to help us perform our amazing services to people that need them!

 

But to continue, we realize that we cannot depend on their extreme generosity alone.

For 2022, we are continuing to raise funds in several areas.

​

* Supplies. Tattoo ink and supplies are always needed.

​

*To renovate our facility in Miller Beach area in Gary, IN. This facility will house a Tattoo and Laser Removal studio; a gallery for local art, auctions, and events; and a community center for those in the area or those visiting the Indiana Dune National Park at Ogden Dunes. Lots of work is still needed in finishing the renovations, like: drywall, paint, plumbing, roofing, etc.

*Festivals and Conventions. These events are where we get additional funds and meet new clients. While we try to get free booth as often as we can, being a charitable organization, many times these events require $1000's of dollars to host a booth. The great thing is there are 10's of thousands to 100's of thousands of people attending. Festivals are our biggest opportunity to raise funds.

*Merchandise. We are trying to establish income through merchandising. We have set up a webstore here to sell things like coffee cups, travel mugs, apparel, and other items.

We are seeking your help in meeting these needs either financially or with in kind donations as you see fit.

​

We will even accept monthly pledges. Any amount helps. No matter how large or small the donation, your monetary and in kind donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Everyone who donates will receive a thank you letter which you can use for your tax record stating the value of your gift.
